Trinity Blood Box Set (Viridian Collection) Immediately

This was a VERY disappointing series. The animation itself is fantastic and very well done. The costuming is excellent and the realism of body movement and facial expressions. The storyline however is very lacking. This series lacks a cohesive consistancy and a depth other great animes (like Helsing) have. If you have seen vampire animes like Helsing and loved them you will not like this series and I would not waste time or money on it. If you are just starting to get into anime, don't quite know your genre, your style, what you like, this could be a good starting series for you.

On a personal note I found some aspects to be very interesting (SPOILER) like the fairy vampires which inhabit the island populated only by children. Other things like (SPOILER) the blah blah blah... "40% activate!" and blah blah blah "activate!" all the time to be annoying. I think the transformations of some of the characters morphing could have been done in a MUCH better way. The accuracy of facts in real life (aka the Vatican) was totally absent and was something I did find a little bit difficult to get past as it got a little confusing for me but I think that this is something more so due to a cultural difference; being more attribited to the way the Japanese see or even understand the Vatican perhaps.

All in all I was disappointed and there are much better anime series out there in the same genre which have more to offer. But, the animation was A+, other than that totally a stinker =(Get more detail about Trinity Blood Box Set (Viridian Collection).
